Booking and Payment

When you book a service with us:

• A booking confirmation is required to secure your date
• Payment terms will be communicated upon booking
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Custom quotes are provided based on specific requirements

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 14+ days before the event: Full refund
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event: 50% refund
• Cancellations made within 7 days: No refund, but may be rescheduled

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

• Photographs and videos
• Text and copy
• Logos and branding
• Choreography and performances

are the property of Kaboma Dancers and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Kaboma Dancers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or website.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kaboma Dancers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
